The UCI Gran Fondo Colombia is an official stop of the UCI Gran Fondo World Series, governed by the Union Cycliste Internationale, the world authority of cycling. Spanning more than 30 countries across five continents, the series serves as the global qualification pathway to the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships, placing each race at the intersection of local identity and international competition.

In 2026, Bogotá welcomed more than 2,000 riders. For this edition, StudioPicante designed two distinct yet connected jerseys: the official Race Day Jersey, produced and delivered to all competitors, and a Signature Jersey, developed as a conceptual edition rooted in place.

The Race Day Jersey interpreted the Colombian flag as structure rather than decoration. Yellow, blue, and red were embedded into the architecture of the garment so that the peloton itself became a national symbol in motion. More than 2,000 riders collectively transformed color into presence.

The Signature Jersey shifted the focus from nation to territory. Inspired by Bogotá, specifically Usaquén where the race both started and finished, the concept translated brick architecture, Andean sky, sunrise light, urban grids, and surrounding green landscapes into a geometric visual language. It became a study of place expressed through performance apparel.

Together, the two pieces move between collective pride and intimate geography, demonstrating how cycling garments can function simultaneously as competitive equipment and cultural narrative.

As creative partner for multiple UCI Gran Fondo and Gravel World Series events across Latin America since 2025, StudioPicante continues to shape how cycling is experienced visually and emotionally.

These jerseys were not simply garments. They were identity in motion.
