UCI GRAN FONDO WORLD SERIES COLOMBIA

In Colombia, cycling carries national weight. For the 2025 Colombian stop of the UCI Gran Fondo World Series, two connected jerseys were developed with two different roles: an official Race Day Jersey representing Colombia, and a Signature Jersey rooted more specifically in Bogotá. Working with Riders Sports and Rigoberto Urán, the creative direction was built around those two scales of identity, country and city.
For Race Day, Colombia’s most recognizable colors became part of the architecture of the garment rather than a literal flag treatment. Yellow, blue and red were arranged into a graphic composition designed for presence in motion and greater impact when repeated across the peloton.
The Signature Jersey moved closer to Bogotá. Usaquén, where the race started and finished, provided the visual references through its brick architecture, surrounding Andes, morning light and urban geometry. Those elements were reduced into an abstract system, giving the jersey a clear sense of place without turning it into an illustration of the city.
One design carries the identity of Colombia. The other belongs specifically to Bogotá.
Both jerseys were manufactured by GoRigoGo as official performance garments for the event. On race day, roughly 2,000 riders wore the official jersey, turning the Colombian palette into a moving field of color across the course.
The project became part of an ongoing body of work with Riders Sports across UCI Gran Fondo and Gravel World Series events in Latin America, extending the collaboration from individual identities into a broader international event ecosystem.
