GLORIOUS PACKAGING

___ Packaging Design

More than 300 SKUs turned packaging into one of the largest brand systems at Glorious.

The work began when Glorious was still a four-person gaming startup and continued through years of rapid expansion across products, categories and international markets. As the company grew, packaging evolved with it, becoming a system capable of holding an increasingly complex hardware ecosystem together.

After the pandemic, Glorious began shifting a business heavily driven by e-commerce toward a more balanced presence across online and physical retail. Products now had to perform on shelves at major retailers including Best Buy and Micro Center nationwide, while remaining immediately recognizable as part of the same brand.

A dark visual foundation and orange brand accents established continuity across mice, keyboards and accessories. Technical linework, product imagery and a modular information hierarchy created a shared language, while color and product-specific details distinguished individual families, configurations and tiers within the range.

The system developed alongside products that helped define Glorious’ growth. Model O became an important release in the ultralight gaming-mouse category, while GMMK PRO and GMMK 2 expanded the brand deeper into enthusiast keyboards. Several flagship launches sold through quickly, including the first GMMK PRO release, whose initial batch sold out within hours.

Across the years of the work, Glorious grew from a four-person startup into an international gaming hardware company reaching nine-figure annual revenue. What began as packaging for individual products ultimately became a system spanning more than 300 SKUs across e-commerce, national retail and an expanding global product portfolio.
