H&H started with five friends racing bikes around Buenos Aires and taking the sport seriously without taking themselves too seriously.
Short for Harina & Humo, the name captures the contradiction at the center of the team. Harina points to the carbohydrates that fuel long rides and racing. Humo belongs to the considerably less disciplined side of life before and after the bike.
That tension became part of the team’s identity from the start: competitive ambition without the self-importance that often comes with performance cycling.
H&H now competes across fondo and criterium events in Argentina, carrying the same mix of commitment, local humor and friendship from training rides into competition.
In 2026, team rider Martín Alcaráz became Argentine National Champion in the Master A1 category, taking a project that began with five friends in Buenos Aires onto the national podium.
