Sham! is a conceptual soda brand developed during an Adobe Live show by Chris as a guest designer and hosted by the talented Kristine Arth. This engaging three-session series is filled with insights and laughter, showcasing the entire creative journey from initial sketches to the final packaging design.
The name "Sham!" humorously plays on the concept of artificial beverages. The soda features the flavor of pitaya, or dragon fruit, but the brand focuses on celebrating the fun of being 'fake.' The handmade script logotype captures a lively and expressive vibe, while the color palette—white, pink, green, and black—draws inspiration from the fruit. For the can design, we emphasize the logotype with a dot texture reminiscent of the fruit's seeds, and we chose a trendy silver white finish instead of plain white, enhancing its modern appeal.
Adobe Live is a platform that brings together creatives from various fields to share their processes and inspire others. Through live demonstrations, discussions, and Q&A sessions, participants gain valuable insights into the design world.
